The Success Code is Ascend’s career and workforce-readiness arm, designed to equip youth and adults with the knowledge, confidence, professional skills, and real-world experiences needed to succeed in education, careers, and life. Through college and career exploration, interview preparation, professional development, skilled-trade exposure, and hands-on workforce experiences, Success Code helps participants discover opportunities, prepare for them, and confidently pursue their future.

Future Builders Fair:

Connects students with colleges, career pathways, financial-aid resources, and educational opportunities to help them plan for life after high school.

Strictly Business Seminar Series:

Equips youth and adults with professional communication, business etiquette, resume development, interview skills, and workplace readiness.

Marked For Success:

Provides hands-on interview training, professional mock interviews, individualized feedback, and career-readiness development to prepare participants for employment opportunities.

The College Consortium:

Connects students with current college students and recent graduates who provide firsthand guidance on navigating the college experience from application through graduation.

Trades University: 

Introduces students to skilled trades and specialty careers through direct interaction with industry professionals and hands-on career exploration.

Push & Leap Initiative: Prepares students to confidently engage with professionals and maximize educational and career opportunities at career and skilled-trades events.
